Pool Heat: During the cooler months of the year (generally October through April), you would want to heat your swimming pool (the water can be cold). Just let us know when you make your reservation so we can adjust your price and arrange for the pool to be heated for your arrival.
The cost for Electric (Heat pump) Heating is $160 pw
The cost for Gas Heating is $195 pw

BBQ grills: Sorry but due to use restrictions, we do not supply BBQ grills.
Cribs and Highchairs: We can supply high chairs and cribs, we can have these items waiting for you at your vacation home. Cribs are portable type, full size are also available.
Portable Cribs cost - $45 for 1 week or $70 for 2 weeks.
Full size cribs - $80 for 1 week or $120 for 2 weeks
Highchairs cost - $25 for 1 week or $40 for 2 weeks.
Safety Deposit Box Rental: Each of our homes are fitted with a small safe, this can be rented for a small fee. This can be arranged in advance or requested after arrival.
The Safe costs $20 for 1 week or $35 for 2 weeks.

Welcome Grocery Pack: This special service tends to be a favorite of our guests who have traveled a long distance, those with young children, and/or late arrivals. This service is a starter collection of food and drinks to get you through your first morning. Packs contain coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter or substitute, preserve, bottled water, soft drink, orange juice and cookies to get your party off to a good start in the morning. Food packs may be altered by content or size on special request to suit your party.
A Welcome Pack costs $45 for up to 6 persons or $60 for 12.
Other Requests: If you are celebrating a special anniversary or birthday, we can probably arrange to have other items delivered and waiting at your rental home; it is worth asking when making your reservation. If it is within our capabilities we would try to accommodate your request.
Mid-Week Cleaning: Although these homes are rented on a Self Catering basis we can arrange for your villa to be cleaned during your stay. We can arrange for our cleaners to come in when it is convenient for you and carry out a complete clean.
Cost for a complete Clean is from $85 to $100 per visit.
